Welcome to Sea & Ski. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and embedded digital technologies.

By purchasing a Sea & Ski garment or accessing the corresponding digital gateway, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website.

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the website, content, or digital systems.

2. Product Description

Sea & Ski garments contain:

  • Physical apparel items

  • Embedded Keepsakes

  • Embedded ValueBond NFC chips enabling digital content access

While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in colour, fit, or digital experience may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

  • Sea & Ski may cancel or refuse orders where fraud, error, or misuse is suspected.

  • Payments must be made using approved methods at checkout.

4. Digital Activation

Each garment contains a unique NFC chip.
Once activated or scanned:

  • Digital content is unlocked

  • The item becomes bound to the purchaser

  • The product becomes non-returnable (see Return Policy)

Users must ensure the item is suitable before activating the chip.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, digital assets, and embedded technologies remain the intellectual property of Sea & Ski or ValueBond Ltd.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse any related materials.

6. Liability

Sea & Ski is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to improper use of the garment

  • Interrupted digital access caused by user device issues

  • Third-party service failures

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
